Sandwich plate production line

The sandwich panel production line is an equipment system used to produce sandwich panels with a sandwich structure. This kind of board is usually composed of two outer layers of material sandwiched between a filling material, forming a lightweight, high-strength, thermal or sound-insulating composite panel. The following is an introduction to the sandwich board production line:

  1. Material preparation

Outer material: usually metal plate, plastic plate, fiberglass plate, etc.

Filling materials: Common filling materials include polystyrene foam (EPS), polyurethane foam (PU), rock wool, glass wool, etc.

Auxiliary materials: such as adhesives, coatings, etc.

  1. Production process

Material pre-processing: The outer material and filling material may require pre-processing, such as cutting, surface treatment, etc.

Clamp forming: The outer material and filler material are combined together in a clamping machine to form a sandwich structure. This usually includes a series of conveyor belts, rollers and clamping mechanisms.

Hot press forming: The assembled sandwich structure is heated and pressed through a hot press to ensure a strong bond between materials and to achieve the required thickness and hardness of the entire board.

Cooling and cutting: The hot-pressed plates need to be cooled and then cut into plates of the required size as needed.

High production efficiency: The production line can achieve continuous production, improving production efficiency and capacity.
