The process flow of the IBC (Intermediate Bulk Container) production line includes multiple steps, from raw material preparation to finished product delivery, each step requires strict control and precise operation. The following is the complete process flow of the IBC production line:

1. IBC raw material preparation

Plastic materials : Prepare plastic materials for making IBC liner, usually high-density polyethylene (HDPE). Metal materials : Prepare steel or other metal materials for making IBC frame. Other auxiliary materials : Prepare necessary seals, valves, connectors, etc.

2. IBC plastic liner manufacturing

Plastic blow molding : After the HDPE granules are heated and melted, they are blow-molded to form the plastic liner of the IBC. This step requires precise control of temperature and pressure to ensure that the wall thickness of the liner is uniform and free of defects. Cooling and shaping : After blow molding, the plastic liner needs to be cooled and shaped to ensure that its size and shape meet the design requirements.

3. IBC metal frame manufacturing

Material cutting : According to the design drawings, steel or other metal materials are cut into the required size and shape. Cutting methods usually include laser cutting, plasma cutting or mechanical cutting. Forming and welding : The cut metal parts are formed and welded to assemble into the IBC frame. The welding process needs to be strictly controlled to ensure the welding quality and structural strength. Surface treatment : The surface treatment of the welded frame usually includes sandblasting, pickling, phosphating and spraying, etc., in order to improve the corrosion resistance and appearance quality.

4. IBC component assembly

Inner liner and outer frame assembly : Install the plastic inner liner into the metal outer frame to ensure that the inner liner is firmly fixed and not easy to move or deform. Accessory installation : Install valves, lids, seals and other necessary accessories to ensure the complete functionality of the IBC.

5. Quality Inspection

Sealing test : The assembled IBC is tested for sealing to ensure there is no leakage. The test method usually includes inflation test or liquid test. Strength test : Drop test, stacking test and vibration test are carried out to ensure that the IBC can withstand various stresses during transportation and use. Appearance inspection : Check the appearance quality of the IBC to ensure there are no obvious defects or damage.

6. Cleaning and packaging

Cleaning : Clean the IBC that has passed the quality inspection to ensure that there is no dirt or foreign matter inside or outside. Packaging : According to customer needs, IBC is properly packaged to ensure safety and protection during transportation.

7. Warehousing and Shipping

Warehousing : Store the packaged IBC in the warehouse and wait for shipment. The warehouse should be moisture-proof, dust-proof and fire-proof to ensure that the quality of the IBC is not affected. Shipping : Arrange logistics according to the order and ship the finished IBC to the customer’s designated location.
